I watch this video at least a few times a month. And here I am on Friday at 4:30 am at the end of a long, wonderful, prosperous, and most of all fun week...watching it again. It keeps such perspective for me. I love everything about this woman and aspire to be my version of her. Enjoy!

CHANCHAL is still so f-ing (short for freaking of course) unbelievable to me!!!
I took a pic of her doing her pull-ups but I need her permission before I post it (and permission to post her age but lets just say she was born in the '30's!). She does what everyone else does, she has great form and just keeps going and going (and looks beautiful the whole time). I can only aspire!!!
(As I stated from last week....I realize that form plays such a huge role in total reps. Please know that I am well aware of the differences in form. Those with less than perfect form, will continue to be reminded of where they need a little work. Those with better form, continue to do what you are good at! We will all work side by side to "perfect" our respective areas but hopefully not try to achieve perfection :)
