SUMMER EXPIRATION EXTENSION OFFER!!!
Any packages purchased between June 30th and July 22nd will expire in 40 days from date of purchase. I normally offer a generous 35 day expiration on packages. I'm feeling extra generous this summer :) From July 23rd on, the expiration period will go back to the usual 35 days from date of purchase. This allows for vacations and lazy summer mornings that you feel like turning off your alarm. Also, if you purchase a 40 day package...and you attend 3 times per week, that is only a little over $11 per class. They won't go that low again this year!

Maybe you are one of those people that keeps getting my emails and saying to yourself that you really don't want to jump right into classes, or you want to work on something specific or you just want an extra butt-kicking here and there. Who doesn't, right? It's a perfect time of year to make some extra progress or maybe even just get started once and for all so you feel ready for classes in September.
Either way, I'm offering some extra incentive..
1 Hour One on One Personal Training Session = $50 (Normally $70. Save $20 What????)
1 Hour 2 Person Team Training Session= $60 ($30 each)
1 Hour 3 Person Team Training Session= $75 ($25 each)
1 Hour 4 Person Team Training Session= $80 ($20 each)
The above offer is good from 6/30/14 through 8/31/14. And only good "in-studio".
Any of the above sessions need to be scheduled with me via email or phone call....DO NOT TRY TO SCHEDULE THEM ON MY MIND BODY SITE!!!
Most availability for these training sessions occurs on the days and times that there are not already classes scheduled. This a perfect opportunity to take some of my 7:00 am or 10:15 am time slots during the week for very reduced rates. And most of you know, I am not opposed to very early on weekend mornings!!! (SOME TIMES ALREADY FILLING UP!!!!)
-JULY CLASS SCHEDULE:
-4th of JULY...one big FIRECRACKER ASS KICKER OF A WORKOUT only on that day!!! 8:00 am - 9:15 am ONLY 24 SPOTS AVAILABLE!!! YOU CAN SIGN UP NOW!!! (UPPER RIGHT OF THIS PAGE)
-All week-day classes are now "Training Classes"...this is a specific format designed for the amount of people signed up for each class. There will always be upper body strength, lower body strength, cardio and core no matter the format
-There will no longer be "Barefoot at the Barre" AT ALL until September :(
-There will be no classes offered on some Mondays in July. And on the Mondays that we do have class, there will be a minimum attendance for me to run the class. We'll call them The Maximum with the Minimum (maximum killer workout with the minimum amount of people required. The fun part is I can call it whatever I want!)
6:00 am class will require a minimum of 6 people signed up by 9:30 pm on Sunday night. The 9:15 am class will require a minimum of 4 people signed up by 7:30 am on Monday morning. Otherwise, the classes will be cancelled. You would be notified via text and email if the class gets cancelled (if you were signed up)

Tues 1st: 6:00 am, 8:00 am, 9:15 am
Thurs 3rd: 6:00 am, 8:00 am, 9:15 am
Fri 4th: 8:00-9:15 am (FIRECRACKER ASS KICKER! Only 24 spots...you can sign up now. $20 for a single class or it comes off of an existing package)
Sun 6th: no classes
Mon 7th: no classes
Tues 8th: 6:00 am, 8:00 am, 9:15 am
Thurs 10th: 6:00 am, 8:00 am, 9:15 am
Fri 11th: 6:00 am, 8:00 am, 9:15 am
Sun 13th: 7:30 am
Mon 14th: 6:00 am, 9:15 am (Maximum for the Minimum!!! Must have at least 6 people signed up for the 6:00 am, and 4 signed up for the 9:15 am in order for the classes to run)
