Hello! My name is Leah Dillon and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and health and fitness enthusiast. I've decided to start a blog and informational site to make it easier to communicate with my clients and class participants. My main goal when creating the site was to make it a place for me and my clients and friends to share fitness, food and lifestyle ideas that support our never-ending journey for "ultimate" health. My fitness philosophy is not one of moderation...for anyone at any age. When it comes to exercise, work at your highest potential at any opportunity. When it comes to food and nutrition...too much foodand drink equal too much weight...period, end of story! Hard work and consistency produce results. It's not any more complicated than that. Please remember that I am not a certified nutritionist of any type and any reference to daily menu ideas and calorie intake are purely suggestion based on every day experience of my own and strategies that have worked for other friends and clients.
