A note on the "Barefoot at the Barre"...I haven't heard so many people commenting on the after effects of a work out in such a long time. I'm hearing reports of full body "soreness" and a deep down fatigue. That's without any jumping, running or weights over 8 lbs. The "Barre" class is a no impact, full body, very specific movement routine. This is not a "girls only" work out!!! You can ask the guys that have been attending. It's a great work out for beginners because the movements are not complicated. At the same time, the advanced exercisers can enjoy a day of little or no joint impact and a different format than my traditional circuit classes. Try it...you'll like it (in that weird sort of love/hate way!)
